Roger Petersen

Roger is a Costa Rican–American attorney, he studied Law in both countries and is admitted to the Bar of Costa Rica and Bar of the State of Florida. This particularity allows ARBITRAT to manage from Costa Rica, discovery processes within any jurisdiction of the US.

Roger is an attorney with broad experience in the field of Real Estate Law, with an ample and critical view of Law practice.
